Obama or McCain? It must have been decided by now. American president represents more than a president of a nation. Hope this will be good one this time.

A lot of responsibility awaits this time. A fallen image due to Iraq, Afghanistan, economy in tatters and many more. Too much of media observation, critics, advisors, many expectations.

A leader needs to be a good communicator, of his ideals, goals, passions and dreams and make his team, his nation, his tribe follow and feel the same. Does your team think on your lines? Do they believe in you?
