Individually the players have lots of records to show but as a team they let down many times. All the qualifications do not matter if the player fails to take the team through. Same applies to management as well. All the experience and the credentials do not come to the rescue if the person fails to deliver: every time. So you need to know that there are a thousand eyes looking at you and be on your toes. The secret is to be ready every time and perform. Consistency and efficiency matter both on the field and off it.
