Monday Blues: If only for a second, give some a chance to smile

Can you make someone smile today? How about giving them a chance to remember you? Carry a lot of positive energy with you and it will reflect in what you do and how you do.

People would remember you and your interactions than how or what you said to them. See this video I found online today. Isn't it wonderful to share your happiness? It reflects back to you.

Monday Blues: Wear your smile

What really makes you smile? You know, the quick, joyful grin, and maybe a chuckle or two, that lights up your face when you do something, see something?

Well, that’s the question, isn't it? What makes you smile?

For me, it’s fleeting and unpredictable. At the moment, it’s the morning sun lighting up the golden rays lighting up. This Monday, keep your smile on. Make sure the people around you smile too. A happy team is a performing team and vice versa.

Happy Monday folks!

Monday blues: Wrinkles vs Dimples

Continuing with the Monday Blues series...

We know that the no. of muscles needed to smile are much less than what we need for frowning. This Monday try and bring some dimples, make people smile, change the environment around you, your team. People flock around those who make them smile and run away from those who make their smiles fade.

Dimples are much more cuter than wrinkles. Don't you think so? Ensure your count for the day is at least like this: Wrinkles: 0, Dimples: 1.

Smile please

Do you know you smile only 5% of what children under 15 smile? No wonder we have tension, problems and tense moments all the time. Kids on the other hand smile away their worries and these smiles carry positive vibes to keep you fresh and help you sail through all your worries. At almost 300 smiles per day kids do a lot more smiling. At least it helps burn some calories and see you through your worries. So keep smiling.
