How do you handle adversity? In terms of handling pressure how do you rate yourself? What is your first reaction? How would you behave when faced with problems? Do you explode with emotions and cause pain and hurt to yourself and everyone else? Or do you handle it with patience, courage, grit and the charm to show encouragement to people around you.
What makes a great leader is the ability to stay calm when everything fails knowing that you will survive, you should make it out and you must not let fear, difficulties and situations bog you down.
The true strength of character is how we respond when everything seems to go against us.
"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
Martin Luther King, Jr.
